I’m Carrie, a Louisville, Kentucky graphic designer.
I'm not exactly sure what started my journey into graphic design. Maybe it was that future career paper I wrote in middle school. Maybe it was when I did my first internship or wrote my first blog post in high school about a logo I didn’t like. Or maybe it was even longer ago, when I avidly typed on an MS-DOS computer at age two.
Regardless, I love being a designer, mostly because design impacts people's lives in a thousand tiny ways that make a difference — from branding or typography you won't forget to exhibition design that celebrates the artwork, from well-organized paragraph styles to mural design.
Originally from the Washington, D.C. area, I am now living and working in Louisville and received my BFA in Communication Art & Design from University of Louisville.
